Salon Policies
BOOKING
We require a valid credit card to complete booking.

All curly hair clients must come prepared for specialty service. Failure to follow these instructions will result in a fee.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give the courtesy of 24 hours to allow time to fill your appointment.
Late cancellations will result in a 50% charge for all booked services while missed appointments will result in a 100% charge to the card on file.
We realize life has unexpected occurrences but please understand last minute cancellations and missed appointments cause a significant loss over time.
REFUND
COMB. Salon does not refund money paid for services or opened products. If you are unhappy with your service, you must notify the salon within 2 weeks of your service. Your stylist will make adjustments at no cost IF the original request had not been met. If you request a new look, charges may be applied at your stylist discretion.
If you are dissatisfied with any retail item or hair product, you may exchange unused product for another product. If there is a price difference, you will pay that difference or receive the change as a salon credit.
